Our Mission & Vision

Liberty Baptist Church is a new church plant out of Berean Baptist Church in Springfield, MO. 

Berean commissioned the Mallard family to move to Poplar Bluff to undertake this task. Liberty will be a church where the Gospel is not only preached, but also sought to be lived out by the members. It will be a place where Faith, Family, and Freedom will be emphasized.

Faith

By Faith, we mean the faith once delivered to the saints as recorded in the Word of God. At Liberty Baptist Church, there will be a focus on saving faith as well as serving faith.

Family

By Family, we mean we will seek to reach families with the Gospel and then begin to see them serve together.

Freedom

By freedom, we mean the freedom found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that frees us from both the penalty and power of sin. We will be a place where the freedoms we enjoy in America will be celebrated and defended. We wholeheartedly support our military and law enforcement.
